Candle Light Place, a Lancaster Homes development in Oak Forest, will be completely zoned to Oak Forest Elementary School. The 22 new homes are advertised between $700,000-$900,000.
Half of the development already attends the school, but the undeveloped lots had been zoned to Stevens Elementary. Candle Light Place is about 1.1 miles to each school.
